在貴陽,夜生活總是讓人津津樂道,而“夜”與“酒”總是分不開的。當你游走于貴陽街頭,轉(zhuǎn)角可能遇上一杯“刺梨西打”,巷尾釀著“酸湯古斯”,古老的土地與年輕的風味,正在一杯精釀里悄然交融。

In Guiyang, nightlife is always a hot topic, and "night" and "wine" are inseparable. As you wander through the streets of Guiyang, you might stumble upon a glass of "Cili Cider" at one corner, or find "Sour Soup Gose" brewing at the end of an alley. The ancient land and youthful flavors are quietly blending in a single craft beer.

位于貴陽余家巷的行匠第一家店


“中國啤酒應該有自己的風味,我希望通過啤酒可以把貴州的美食介紹給更多人?!?013年,當中國精釀品牌不過十幾家,張子昂率先在貴陽余家巷掛出“TripSmith”行匠的招牌,寓意著“去看世界,釀造屬于貴州的風味”。

"Chinese beer should have its own flavor. Through beer, I hope to introduce more people to the delicacies of Guizhou," says Zhang Ziang. In 2013, when there were only a dozen or so craft beer brands in China, Zhang was the first to hang the sign "TripSmith" in Yujia Alley, Guiyang — a name that signifies "seeing the world and brewing flavors that belong to Guizhou."


此后,他帶領(lǐng)團隊跑遍貴州各個海拔、各個產(chǎn)區(qū),把安順的刺梨、黔南的梅子、黔東南的木姜子、黔北的獼猴桃等貴州特產(chǎn)風物,封裝進一個個自然發(fā)酵的橡木桶里。如今,行匠的生產(chǎn)線年產(chǎn)2000噸精釀啤酒,產(chǎn)品遍布200多個城市,在全國掀起一場獨屬于貴州的時光風味魔法。

Since then, he has led his team across Guizhou, exploring every altitude and production area, bottling local specialties, Anshun's cili (Rosa roxburghii), Qiannan's plums, Qiandongnan's Litsea cubeba, and Qianbei's kiwifruit, into oak barrels for natural fermentation. Today, TripSmith’s production line turns out 2,000 tons of craft beer annually, reaching over 200 cities nationwide, unleashing a time-and-place magic that is uniquely Guizhou’s.

行匠自然發(fā)酵實驗室


這樣的魔法,不止在行匠。大聖精釀的康阿姨退休后,用常用的調(diào)料花椒釀出一杯風靡全網(wǎng)的明星產(chǎn)品“花椒拉格”;櫻花巷12號的弗克酒館,老板趙勛用安順金刺梨釀出一杯“丑果子”;華宮巷的Tiny Devil,大鑫把凱里酸湯變成一杯“貴州酸湯古斯”;圓弧精釀的胡唯佳,把家鄉(xiāng)赤水的童年回憶冰鎮(zhèn)苦丁茶,釀成一杯“苦中作樂”。每一杯酒,都充滿著黔地的山風、野味與煙火氣。

This magic isn’t limited to TripSmith. After retiring, Aunt Kang of "MonkeyKing Craft Beer" brewed a sensation with a common household spice, creating the wildly popular "Pepper Lager." At Fork Road, No. 12 Yinghua Alley, owner Zhao Xun brews "Ugly Fruit" using Anshun golden cili. At Tiny Devil on Huagong Alley, Da Xin turns Kaili sour soup into "Guizhou Sour Soup Gose." Hu Weijia of Arc Craft Beer transforms his childhood memory of iced Kuding tea from his hometown Chishui into a beer called "Finding Joy in Hardship." Each glass is filled with the mountain winds, wild flavors, and rustic charm of Guizhou.

"When ideas come together, we can create different flavors — flavors that represent Guizhou." From homebrewing to commercial production, Aunt Kang, now over sixty, still busies herself around fermentation tanks. Her legendary story breaks the stereotype that beer is only for the young, as she spreads Guiyang’s diverse beer culture to more people.

The shift from "selling alcohol" to "selling a lifestyle" is no longer a cold slogan but a warm reality found in every glass of craft beer, attracting people from all over the country.

2025年9月,貴陽市精釀啤酒行業(yè)協(xié)會應運而生,推動貴陽精釀從“小眾愛好”發(fā)展為“支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)”。2025年,“貴陽精釀·世界味道”啤酒節(jié)3天吸引近15萬人次參與。精釀不只是一杯酒,而是“爽爽貴陽”夜經(jīng)濟的一張亮麗名片,也是這座城市開放與創(chuàng)新中的一個鮮活“角色”。

In September 2025, the Guiyang Craft Beer Industry Association was established, helping craft beer evolve froma "niche hobby" intoa "pillar industry." In 2025, the "Guiyang Craft Beer ·World Flavors" Beer Festival attracted nearly 150,000 participants over three days. Craft beer is more than just a drink, it is a shining symbol of  Guiyang’s night economy, and a vibrant "character" in the city’s openness and innovation.
